Each box comes with seven packets which is a week’s supply of food. The only two items which do not come with seven packets are the following : 

  • Core Fit Foods Oatmeal - maple brown sugar and apple cinnamon 5 packets

  • Wafers - chocolate or vanilla 5 packets

 

If you choose these option, it means that you will have to purchase an additional box of food at the end of the month, to makeup for the shortfall.
